Meet Desirée Broussard
Desirée is the owner of Elevating Etiquette, LLC, a company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations excel in business etiquette and protocol. With over 20 years of experience in the Department of Defense, she has taught protocol to senior leaders in the military, managed visits ranging from small office calls to presidential arrivals, and led ceremonies hosted by the Secretary of Defense and governors of two different states.
In addition to her military protocol expertise, Desirée has taught business etiquette to staff and senior directors in the luxury retail industry and private equity firms, helping high-level professionals refine their executive presence and interpersonal skills. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge, helping others succeed, and ensuring every event reflects the highest standards of professionalism.
Known for being down-to-earth while getting straight to work, Desirée teaches others the balance of being a comfortable yet polished professional. She has earned a reputation for showing others what “right” looks like and delivering exceptional ceremonies and events. People across the U.S. seek her out for protocol and etiquette advice.
